Discover Femdom and female dominance in a new and pleasurable wayMany couples find themselves at a similar point:
He has carried the longing for years to surrender to her – as a slave, in the submissive role, to be dominated and guided. Some dream of this only in the bedroom, others wish for a deeper dynamic, even 24/7.
She, on the other hand, experiences it very differently: Some feel overwhelmed, insecure, or still have little personal desire for the dominant role. Others feel genuine interest or even enthusiasm – and yet still stumble over inner blocks, shame, insecurity, the pressure of “having to do it right,” or the fear of merely serving his fantasies. Many women experience that the responsibility suddenly becomes a burden, that they feel like a service provider, or that everyday life, family, and work make the dynamic difficult.
We help you find a dynamic in which she discovers her very own form of female dominance – one that suits her, that arouses her, and that she experiences with genuine joy and pleasure. Not simply to work through his wish list, but so that both of you have fun and pleasure in it.
BDSM and Femdom are not a simple “hitting” exercise and not a ready-made role-play from a film. It is an art of pleasure – creative, deep, connecting, and endlessly varied. Properly understood and carefully explored, it can sustainably enrich your sexuality and your partnership.
On the beautiful island of El Hierro you will primarily enjoy a relaxing couple’s holiday: nature, hiking, bathing coves, the sea, cycling tours, diving – or simply relaxation and time together.
In addition, there will be 1.5–2 hours of individual coaching and gentle play sessions each day (in the evening or at times that suit you). Accommodation is included.
We, Queen Josephine and her Sub SlaveD, will accompany you:
Together we look at your individual situation: fears, shame, blocks, secret desires, family and professional reality, everyday life. We explore the world of BDSM with you – what exists, why and how true pleasure arises, how to play safely and pleasurably. In our play dungeon you can try things out, discover, and get to know them without performance pressure and without “musts.”
We take you by the hand and guide you slowly and carefully to the place where both of you can find genuine pleasure and fulfilment. No right or wrong. No coercion. Only discovery – in your own way.
The goal is a true win-win situation: a dynamic that enriches both of you, deepens your connection, and makes your sexuality sustainably more positive and pleasurable – whether you are just beginning to feel curious or already have some experience and are now looking for the next, more sustainable level.
The price includes:
Price: €1,350.00 per week / couple
Not included: Travel to El Hierro, meals
The couple behind the Femdom Couple Coaching Week
Queen Josephine and SlaveD have lived and worked for many years as a couple in a realistic, loving, and intensively lived FLR/Femdom relationship. What sets them apart is the rare combination of solid psychological and therapeutic expertise, decades of BDSM experience, and the authenticity of a couple who not only teach this dynamic but live it every single day.
Queen Josephine studied law, psychology, and political science. Around ten years ago she was introduced to the world of BDSM by her partner SlaveD. What began as curiosity developed into a deep passion. Today she lives and embodies a playful, lovingly strict female dominance. She enjoys leadership and control, takes pleasure in her playful sadism, and is a pronounced reaction fetishist – she reads and enjoys the subtle responses of her counterpart. As a coach and therapist (couple, family, and sexual therapy) she accompanies people in finding their own form of dominance and pleasure – without pressure, without clichés, with a great deal of sensitivity and clarity.
SlaveD is a qualified psychologist, therapist, coach, lecturer, and book author. He brings more than 30 years of experience in BDSM, first as a switcher and today as the sub and masochistic slave of Queen Josephine in a 24/7 Femdom dynamic. His psychological and therapeutic expertise, combined with lived submission, makes him a particularly empathetic and clear companion for men and couples who wish to walk the path of surrender.
Together they live BDSM not as a porn fantasy but as a lifestyle: as a loving, deeply connected couple and a strong team that supports each other, with a great deal of depth, humour, and mutual respect. In their FLR relationship they see themselves as mental equals – the transfer of power is conscious, consensual, and enriching for both. They understand BDSM as a pleasurable art that can deepen partnership and sexuality when it is lived authentically and with genuine mutual mindfulness.
Exactly this attitude and experience are what they bring to the coaching week: they know the insecurities, blocks, and challenges from their own practice and accompany couples carefully, competently, and without performance pressure on the path to a dynamic that feels right and pleasurable for both.

Especially for couples in which she is the dominant and he is the submissive partner
Do you and your partner want to consciously, safely and lovingly integrate the Femdom-MaleSub dynamic into your relationship? Then our special introduction week is exactly right for you.
This week goes far beyond mere trying out. It is about orienting yourselves, becoming more self-confident, getting to know play techniques and discovering new things together. Above all, it is about recognizing, understanding and individually shaping the themes and questions of the Femdom-MaleSub dynamic in your relationship – so that BDSM can flow authentically into your everyday relationship life.
For her (Femdom): You discover and strengthen your role as a dominant woman. You learn to develop self-confidence and genuine pleasure in dominance – so that it is not a “service” to your man, but a source of strength, sensuality and joy for yourself. We support you in mastering possible insecurities, social conditionings and challenges and growing securely into your role.
For him (MaleSub): You receive solid foundations, orientation and support with typical topics and difficulties (family, children, job, everyday balance, etc.). You learn to live your devotion consciously and fulfillingly.
Together: You try out play techniques, ask questions, clarify boundaries and wishes and find out how this dynamic can work in your very personal relationship – carefully, honestly and without pressure.
During the day you enjoy the peace, nature and freedom of the island. In the afternoon or evening we devote ourselves intensively to your development.
Exclusively for couples who live or consciously want to build the Femdom / MaleSub constellation and wish for the support of an experienced couple (Queen Josephine & SlaveD).
