The 10 Most Important Rules for Safe Spanking
Spanking is the easiest entry into Impact Play – and at the same time one of the most common reasons for injuries among beginners. These 10 rules are no suggestions. They are law.
Spanking looks simple – until someone suddenly has purple bruises, days of pain, or even kidney damage. These 10 rules are no tips, they are law – if you follow them, you can lay over your lap daily for years and end up with only perfect pink and a happy sub. If you ignore them, you'll be shunned faster than a creep in a club. Read them once – and from now on you belong to the safe 1%.
Rule 1 – Warm-up is Mandatory (Never Start Cold)
The first 5–10 minutes always only with flat hand or soft flogger, light to medium. Without warm-up → bruises, broken capillaries, (wrong) tears.
Rule 2 – Only Use the "Safe Zone"
Allowed Area (Green Zone):
- The thick part of the ass cheeks
- Back of thighs up to max. 10 cm above the knee
Never, Really NEVER:
- Spine
- Kidney area (under ribs)
- Hip bones
- All joints
- Entire neck and head area
Rule 3 – Always Hit the Same Spot for At Least 3–4 Strokes
Single "wandering" strokes all over the ass = bruises. Concentrated strokes on the same spot = more intense pain, faster subspace.
Rule 4 – Hand Flat, Fingers Together
- Fingers spread → sharp welts and purple finger marks
- Fingers together + slightly arched hand → dull, deep pain (the hot one)
Rule 5 – Always Ask "Color?" – At Latest Every 10–15 Strokes
And really listen! "Yellow" = immediately lighter or pause. No answer = automatically yellow.
Rule 6 – Don't Hit Already Bruised or Sensitive Spots
As soon as the skin turns dark red or purple → immediately switch to the other side or thighs. Continuing on bruised spots = hematomas and weeks of pain.
Rule 7 – Tools Only AFTER At Least 5 Minutes Hand Warm-up
Sequence for beginners: Hand → Leather paddle → Soft flogger → Evtl. Wooden paddle (only with experience)
Rule 8 – Always Observe the Reaction (Not Just the Ass)
Good signs:
- Relaxed toes, even moaning, pelvis presses forward
Bad signs:
- Tense toes, shallow breathing, body pulls away → stop immediately
Rule 9 – After 50–70 Strong Strokes, Take a Break
Even if the sub begs "more." Then check skin, pet, kiss, continue or end.
Rule 10 – Aftercare Starts with Stroke Number 1
- After every stronger stroke: Lay hand on, rub lightly
- At the end: Cool ass (cooling pad in cloth), arnica cream, lots of petting
- At least 15 minutes cuddling + praise
Bonus Checklist to Print
- Warm-up 5–10 min only hand
- Only green zone
- Fingers together, hand flat
- Every 10–15 strokes "Color?"
- No stroke on bruised spots
- After 50–70 strokes pause + skin check
- Directly after cool + arnica + cuddling
Whoever follows these 10 rules can spank daily for years – and the next day will only have a beautiful pink and a happy sub.
Whoever ignores them has bruises, tears, and a sub who never wants over your lap again.
