Once we receive your booking request, we will check the availability of the requested apartment for your desired travel period. You will receive a booking confirmation by email within 24 hours, including all relevant details.
Your booking only becomes binding upon receipt of the amount due. After sending you the booking confirmation, we will not reserve your accommodation until we are able to debit your amount due. Without payment the accommodation will stay available to others for booking.
All internal club services are settled exclusively through our internal points system, Queen Dollar. Members can earn Queen Dollars through active participation in the association or through voluntary financial support of the association.
The use of our holiday accommodations is an internal club service and is charged exclusively in Queen Dollars.
If you already have sufficient Queen Dollars, they will be used for your booking.
If your balance is insufficient, you may increase your Queen Dollar account through voluntary financial support of the association. The corresponding Queen Dollars will be credited to your account and immediately applied to your booking.
If you are not yet a member, we will send you your personal access credentials for our private community platform together with your booking confirmation. Membership is free of charge.
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing.
Refunds are made exclusively in Queen Dollars. Refunds in real money are not possible.
The member expressly reserves the right to prove that the association suffered no damage or substantially less damage than the applicable cancellation fee.
Changes to an existing booking are treated as a cancellation of the original booking followed by a new booking.
You may nominate a replacement guest at any time. In this case, no cancellation fees will apply.
Early Departure
No refund will be granted for unused nights in the event of early departure.
Force Majeure
If, due to force majeure or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond the association's reasonable control (such as natural disasters, fire, flooding, government orders, pandemics, war, strikes, or similar unforeseen events), the association is unable to provide the booked accommodation, the association shall be released from its obligation to provide the accommodation.
Any Queen Dollars already charged for the booking will be fully credited back to the member's account.
Any further claims, in particular claims for damages or reimbursement of travel expenses, accommodation costs, or other consequential losses, are excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Force majeure affecting the member does not generally release the member from the agreed cancellation policy.
In justified individual cases, the association may, at its sole discretion, waive all or part of the cancellation fees. Members have no legal entitlement to such an exception.
By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

Für vereinsinterne Leistungen erfolgt die Verrechnung ausschließlich über unser vereinsinternes Punktesystem Queen Dollar. Queen Dollar können Mitglieder durch Vereinsengagement oder durch freiwillige finanzielle Unterstützung des Vereins erhalten. Was sind QD Queen Dollar?
Die Nutzung unserer Ferienunterkünfte ist eine vereinsinterne Leistung und wird ausschließlich über Queen Dollar abgerechnet.
Verfügst du bereits über ausreichend Queen Dollar, werden diese verwendet.
Reicht dein Guthaben nicht aus, kannst du dein Queen-Dollar-Konto durch eine freiwillige finanzielle Unterstützung des Vereins aufstocken. Dir werden die entsprechenden Queen Dollar gutgeschrieben und unmittelbar für deine Buchung verwendet.
Falls du noch kein Mitglied bist, senden wir dir mit der Buchungsbestätigung deine persönlichen Zugangsdaten für unsere geschlossene Vereinscommunity. Die Mitgliedschaft ist für dich kostenlos.
Solltest du deine Buchung stornieren müssen, teile uns dies bitte schriftlich mit.
Rückerstattungen erfolgen ausschließlich in Queen Dollar (keine Auszahlung in echtem Geld möglich).
Dir Mitglied bleibt ausdrücklich der Nachweis vorbehalten, dass dem Verein kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist.
Umbuchungen gelten als Stornierung der ursprünglichen Buchung und anschließende Neubuchung.
Du kannst jederzeit eine Ersatzperson benennen. Hierdurch entstehen keine Stornokosten.
Eine Erstattung für nicht in Anspruch genommene Übernachtungen erfolgt nicht.
Kann der Verein aufgrund von Ereignissen höherer Gewalt oder sonstigen unvorhersehbaren Umständen, die außerhalb seines Einflussbereichs liegen (z. B. Naturkatastrophen, Feuer, Überschwemmung, behördliche Anordnungen, Pandemien, Krieg, Streik oder sonstige unvorhersehbare Ereignisse), die gebuchte Unterkunft nicht zur Verfügung stellen, entfällt die Verpflichtung des Vereins zur Bereitstellung der Unterkunft. Bereits belastete Queen Dollar werden dem Mitglied vollständig wieder gutgeschrieben. Weitergehende Ansprüche, insbesondere auf Schadensersatz oder Ersatz von Reise-, Unterkunfts- oder sonstigen Folgekosten, sind ausgeschlossen, soweit gesetzlich zulässig.
Ereignisse höherer Gewalt auf Seiten des Mitglieds entbinden grundsätzlich nicht von den vereinbarten Stornobedingungen.
Der Verein kann in begründeten Einzelfällen ganz oder teilweise von den Stornobedingungen abweichen. Ein Anspruch hierauf besteht nicht.
