Whether you already live on the Canary Islands or are spending your vacation on one of the Canary Islands (Gran Canaria, Tenerife, Fuerteventura, Lanzarote, La Palma, La Gomera) – our finca on El Hierro is easily reachable from all the Canary Islands and this short break gives you the chance to experience something truly special.

Together with Queen Josephine and SlaveD / Master T and other members, every role play is individually prepared. Preferences, fantasies and limits are respected and incorporated into the staging. The goal is an intense experience in a safe environment where extraordinary fantasies can be lived out creatively and consciously.

Arrival to El Hierro for your BDSM Vacation

There are several ways to get to El Hierro:

1. Via Gran Canaria (Flight)

Book a flight to Gran Canaria (LPA). From there, continue with the Canary Islands airline Binter to El Hierro (VDE).

2. Via Tenerife South (Ferry)

Most international flights arrive at Tenerife South (TFS). From the airport, take a taxi (approx. 25 €) to the harbor or the bus to Los Cristianos. From there, the ferry departs to El Hierro.

3. Via Tenerife North (Flight)

Flights from the Spanish mainland usually land at Tenerife North (TFN). From there, Binter flies directly to El Hierro.

Booking and Payment

What are QD Queen Dollars?

Please note: The booking form is for binding bookings only. For general inquiries and availability checks, please use our contact form.

Booking Process

Once we receive your booking request, we will check the availability of the requested apartment for your desired travel period. You will receive a booking confirmation by email within 24 hours, including all relevant details.

Your booking only becomes binding upon receipt of your deposit. After sending you the booking confirmation, we will not reserve your accommodation until we are able to debit your deposit. Without deposit the accommodation will stay available to others for booking.

Payment Terms

All internal club services are settled exclusively through our internal points system, Queen Dollar. Members can earn Queen Dollars through active participation in the association or through voluntary financial support of the association.

The use of our holiday accommodations is an internal club service and is charged exclusively in Queen Dollars.

If you already have sufficient Queen Dollars, they will be used for your booking.

If your balance is insufficient, you may increase your Queen Dollar account through voluntary financial support of the association. The corresponding Queen Dollars will be credited to your account and immediately applied to your booking.

• The deposit amounts to 50% of the total booking amount and will be deducted from your Queen Dollar account in your member profile.
• For bookings made within 6 weeks prior to arrival or for stays of fewer than 7 nights, the full amount is due immediately.
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival.

Club Membership

If you are not yet a member, we will send you your personal access credentials for our private community platform together with your booking confirmation. Membership is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing.

Refunds are made exclusively in Queen Dollars. Refunds in real money are not possible.

• Up to 4 weeks before arrival: 100% refund (in Queen Dollars)
• Up to 3 weeks before arrival: 25% cancellation fee
• Up to 2 weeks before arrival: 50% cancellation fee
• Up to 1 week before arrival: 75% cancellation fee
• Less than 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% cancellation fee

The member expressly reserves the right to prove that the association suffered no damage or substantially less damage than the applicable cancellation fee.

Changes to an existing booking are treated as a cancellation of the original booking followed by a new booking.

You may nominate a replacement guest at any time. In this case, no cancellation fees will apply.

Early Departure

No refund will be granted for unused nights in the event of early departure.

Force Majeure

If, due to force majeure or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond the association's reasonable control (such as natural disasters, fire, flooding, government orders, pandemics, war, strikes, or similar unforeseen events), the association is unable to provide the booked accommodation, the association shall be released from its obligation to provide the accommodation.

Any Queen Dollars already charged for the booking will be fully credited back to the member's account.

Any further claims, in particular claims for damages or reimbursement of travel expenses, accommodation costs, or other consequential losses, are excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Force majeure affecting the member does not generally release the member from the agreed cancellation policy.

In justified individual cases, the association may, at its sole discretion, waive all or part of the cancellation fees. Members have no legal entitlement to such an exception.

By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

 

House Rules on the BDSM Finca

We appreciate open-minded, stylish guests and foster an atmosphere of mutual respect and appropriate conduct.

• A "no" must always be respected without exception. For BDSM activities, the SSC principle (Safe, Sane, and Consensual) applies at all times.
• Smoking is permitted only in the outdoor areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the ashtrays. Smoking is prohibited indoors.
• All rooms, equipment, toys, furniture, and BDSM play furniture must be used with care. Anyone who causes damage, destruction, or loss is liable for the resulting costs.
• Responsible alcohol consumption in pleasant company is welcome—please know and respect your own limits.
• Photographing or filming other people on the finca without their explicit permission is prohibited.
• When using the association's services and facilities, all applicable laws must be observed and the rights of third parties respected. Activities and substances prohibited under applicable law are not permitted anywhere on the finca. Violations may result in temporary or permanent exclusion from association activities.

Llegada a El Hierro para tus vacaciones BDSM

Existen varias formas de llegar a El Hierro:

1. Vía Gran Canaria (Vuelo)

Reserva un vuelo a Gran Canaria (LPA).
Desde allí volarás con la aerolínea canaria Binter hasta El Hierro (VDE).

• Último vuelo: aprox. 16:00 h
• Precio (no residentes): aprox. 125 €

2. Vía Tenerife Sur (Ferry)

La mayoría de los vuelos internacionales llegan a Tenerife Sur (TFS).
Desde el aeropuerto puedes ir en taxi (aprox. 25 €) al puerto o en bus hasta Los Cristianos (aprox. 3 €).
Desde allí sale el ferry hacia El Hierro (Valverde), normalmente solo hay un ferry al día.

• Salida del ferry: aprox. 17:00 h, los sábados a las 12:00 h (Fred Olsen)
• Precio (no residentes): aprox. 55 € por persona
• Recomendación: Llegada a TFS antes de las 15:00 h

3. Vía Tenerife Norte (Vuelo)

Los vuelos desde la península española suelen llegar a Tenerife Norte (TFN).
Desde allí vuela Binter directamente a El Hierro (VDE).

¿Qué son los QD Queen Dollars?

Por favor ten en cuenta: El formulario de reserva sirve exclusivamente para reservas vinculantes. Para consultas generales y comprobación de disponibilidad, utiliza por favor nuestro formulario de contacto.

Procedimiento de reserva

Una vez que recibamos tu solicitud de reserva, comprobaremos la disponibilidad del apartamento solicitado para el período de tu viaje. En un plazo de 24 horas recibirás por correo electrónico una confirmación de la reserva con todos los detalles.

Tu reserva solo será vinculante una vez recibido el pago del depósito. Una vez que te hayamos enviado la confirmación de la reserva, no reservaremos tu alojamiento hasta que podamos cobrar tu depósito. Sin el depósito, el alojamiento seguirá estando disponible para otras reservas.

Condiciones de pago

Todos los servicios internos de la asociación se liquidan exclusivamente mediante nuestro sistema interno de puntos Queen Dollar. Los miembros pueden obtener Queen Dollars mediante su participación activa en la asociación o mediante apoyo económico voluntario a la asociación.

El uso de nuestros alojamientos vacacionales constituye un servicio interno de la asociación y se abona exclusivamente con Queen Dollars.

Si ya dispones de suficientes Queen Dollars, se utilizarán para tu reserva.

Si tu saldo no es suficiente, puedes aumentar tu cuenta de Queen Dollar mediante una aportación económica voluntaria a la asociación. Los Queen Dollars correspondientes se abonarán en tu cuenta y se utilizarán inmediatamente para tu reserva.

• El depósito asciende al 50 % del importe total de la reserva y se cargará en tu cuenta de Queen Dollar de tu perfil de miembro.
• En las reservas realizadas dentro de las 6 semanas anteriores a la llegada o para estancias inferiores a 7 noches, el importe total deberá abonarse inmediatamente.
• El importe restante deberá abonarse, como muy tarde, 6 semanas antes de la llegada.

Membresía del Club

Si aún no eres miembro, junto con la confirmación de la reserva te enviaremos tus datos personales de acceso a nuestra comunidad privada de miembros. La afiliación es gratuita.

Condiciones de cancelación

Si necesitas cancelar tu reserva, comunícanoslo por escrito.

Los reembolsos se efectuarán exclusivamente en Queen Dollars. No es posible el reembolso en dinero.

• Hasta 4 semanas antes de la llegada: reembolso del 100 % (en Queen Dollars)
• Hasta 3 semanas antes de la llegada: gastos de cancelación del 25 %
• Hasta 2 semanas antes de la llegada: gastos de cancelación del 50 %
• Hasta 1 semana antes de la llegada: gastos de cancelación del 75 %
• Menos de 7 días antes de la llegada o en caso de no presentación (no-show): gastos de cancelación del 100 %

El miembro podrá demostrar expresamente que la asociación no ha sufrido ningún perjuicio o que el perjuicio ha sido considerablemente inferior al importe de los gastos de cancelación aplicados.

Las modificaciones de una reserva se considerarán como la cancelación de la reserva original y la realización de una nueva reserva.

Puedes designar en cualquier momento a una persona sustituta. En este caso no se aplicarán gastos de cancelación.

Salida anticipada

No se realizará ningún reembolso por las noches no disfrutadas en caso de salida anticipada.

Fuerza mayor

Si, debido a causas de fuerza mayor u otras circunstancias imprevisibles ajenas al control razonable de la asociación (como desastres naturales, incendios, inundaciones, órdenes de las autoridades, pandemias, guerras, huelgas u otros acontecimientos similares), la asociación no pudiera poner a disposición el alojamiento reservado, quedará liberada de su obligación de prestarlo.

Los Queen Dollars ya cargados para la reserva serán abonados íntegramente de nuevo en la cuenta del miembro.

Quedan excluidas, en la medida permitida por la legislación aplicable, cualesquiera otras reclamaciones, en particular las de indemnización por daños y perjuicios o el reembolso de gastos de viaje, alojamiento u otros daños indirectos o consecuentes.

Los supuestos de fuerza mayor que afecten al miembro no le eximen, por regla general, del cumplimiento de las condiciones de cancelación acordadas.

En casos individuales debidamente justificados, la asociación podrá, a su discreción, renunciar total o parcialmente a la aplicación de las condiciones de cancelación. No existe derecho alguno a obtener dicha excepción.

Al efectuar una reserva, confirmas que has leído y aceptado estas condiciones.
