Getting to El Hierro for your BDSM Holiday

There are several ways to reach El Hierro:

1. Via Gran Canaria (flight)

Book a flight to Gran Canaria (LPA).
From there you fly with the Canarian airline Binter onwards to El Hierro (VDE). (Luggage must be rechecked.)

• Last flight: approx. 16:00
• Price (non-residents): approx. 125 € per person one way
• Recommendation: Arrive at LPA before 15:00

2. Via Tenerife South (ferry)

International direct flights usually land at Tenerife South (TFS).
From the airport take a taxi (approx. 25 €) to the port or bus (to the centre; approx. 3 €) of Los Cristianos.
From there the ferry goes to El Hierro (Valverde), usually only one ferry per day.

• Ferry departure: approx. 17:00, Saturdays 12:00 (Fred Olsen)
• Price (non-residents): approx. 55 € per person one way
• Recommendation: Arrive at TFS before 15:00

3. Via Tenerife North (flight)

Flights from the Spanish mainland and other islands usually land at Tenerife North (TFN).
From there Binter flies directly to El Hierro (VDE).

Booking and Payment

Booking and Cancellation Conditions

1. Membership and Booking Requirements

Registration is required to book accommodation.
If the booker is not yet registered or not yet a member, registration takes place automatically during the booking process. Booking of accommodation is reserved exclusively for association members.

With registration the booker automatically becomes a Patron Member of the association. Membership is free of charge.

Bookings can only be made via the association’s booking website. A booking is only confirmed after full payment has been received.

2. Non-Cancellability and Flex Booking

A confirmed booking is generally non-cancellable.

Optionally, an extra FLEX BOOKING can be added when booking. With the Flex Booking it is possible to change the booking free of charge to another date up to 30 days before arrival at the latest.

Timely written notification (by e-mail) is required. The amount already paid will be credited to the member as Queen Dollars (QD) on the profile account. With these Queen Dollars the member can independently book a new date or use the Queen Dollars elsewhere on the association website.

A cash refund is excluded in all cases.

3. Cancellation and Rebooking Fees (ONLY WITH FLEX BOOKING)

If a cancellation or rebooking takes place less than 30 days before arrival, the following cancellation fees apply:

• Up to 4 weeks before arrival: 100 % refund in Queen Dollars (QD)
• Up to 3 weeks before arrival: 25 % cancellation fee
• Up to 2 weeks before arrival: 50 % cancellation fee
• Up to 1 week before arrival: 75 % cancellation fee
• From 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100 % cancellation fee

The member expressly reserves the right to prove that the association has suffered no damage or substantially less damage.

Rebookings are considered a cancellation of the original booking followed by a new booking.

4. Substitute Person

The member may name a substitute person at any time. This does not incur any cancellation costs.

5. Early Departure

No refund will be given for unused overnight stays.

6. Force Majeure

If the association is unable to provide the booked accommodation due to events of force majeure or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond its control (e.g. natural disasters, fire, flooding, official orders, pandemics, war, strike or other unforeseeable events), the association’s obligation to provide the accommodation shall cease.

Queen Dollars already charged will be fully credited back to the member. Further claims, in particular for damages or reimbursement of travel, accommodation or other consequential costs, are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Events of force majeure on the part of the member do not generally release them from the agreed cancellation conditions.

7. Deviations in Individual Cases

The association may, in justified individual cases, deviate in whole or in part from the above cancellation conditions. There is no legal entitlement to this.

By submitting the booking you confirm that you have read and accept these conditions.

House Rules on the BDSM Finca

We appreciate free-thinking and stylish guests and value mutual respect and appropriate manners.

• A “No” must be respected without exception. For BDSM activities the SSC principle (Safe, Sane, Consensual) always applies.
• Smoking is only permitted outdoors. Please put cigarette butts in the ashtrays. Smoking is prohibited indoors.
• All rooms, equipment, toys, furniture and BDSM furniture must be used with care. In the event of damage, destruction or loss, the person responsible is liable for the resulting damage.
• Controlled alcohol consumption in pleasant company is welcome – however, please know and respect your own limits.
• Photographing and filming other people on the finca is prohibited without their explicit permission.
• When using the association’s offers, applicable law must be observed and the rights of third parties must not be violated. Acts and substances prohibited under applicable law are forbidden on the finca premises. In the event of violations, members may be temporarily or permanently excluded from association activities.

Reserva y Pago

Condiciones de Reserva y Cancelación

1. Membresía y Requisitos de Reserva

Para reservar un alojamiento es necesario registrarse.
Si el reservante aún no está registrado o no es miembro, el registro se realiza automáticamente durante el proceso de reserva. La reserva de alojamientos está reservada exclusivamente a los miembros de la asociación.

Con el registro el reservante se convierte automáticamente en Miembro Mecenas de la asociación. La membresía es gratuita.

Las reservas solo se pueden realizar a través de la página web de reservas de la asociación. Una reserva solo se confirma una vez recibido el pago completo.

2. No Cancelabilidad y Reserva Flexible

Una reserva confirmada no es cancelable en principio.

Opcionalmente se puede añadir una RESERVA FLEXIBLE extra al realizar la reserva. Con la Reserva Flexible es posible cambiar la reserva de forma gratuita a otra fecha hasta 30 días antes de la llegada como máximo.

Se requiere una notificación escrita a tiempo (por correo electrónico). El importe ya pagado se acreditará al miembro como Queen Dollars (QD) en la cuenta del perfil. Con estos Queen Dollars el miembro puede reservar por sí mismo una nueva fecha o utilizar los Queen Dollars en otros lugares de la página de la asociación.

En ningún caso se devolverá dinero en efectivo.

3. Tasas de Cancelación y Cambio de Fecha (SOLO CON RESERVA FLEXIBLE)

Si se produce una cancelación o un cambio de fecha menos de 30 días antes de la llegada, se aplican las siguientes tasas de cancelación:

• Hasta 4 semanas antes de la llegada: 100 % de reembolso en Queen Dollars (QD)
• Hasta 3 semanas antes de la llegada: 25 % de tasa de cancelación
• Hasta 2 semanas antes de la llegada: 50 % de tasa de cancelación
• Hasta 1 semana antes de la llegada: 75 % de tasa de cancelación
• A partir de 7 días antes de la llegada o en caso de no presentación: 100 % de tasa de cancelación

El miembro se reserva expresamente el derecho de demostrar que la asociación no ha sufrido ningún daño o un daño sustancialmente menor.

Los cambios de fecha se consideran una cancelación de la reserva original y una nueva reserva posterior.

4. Persona Sustituta

El miembro puede nombrar en cualquier momento a una persona sustituta. Esto no genera costes de cancelación.

5. Salida Anticipada

No se reembolsarán las noches no utilizadas.

6. Fuerza Mayor

Si la asociación no puede proporcionar el alojamiento reservado debido a eventos de fuerza mayor u otras circunstancias imprevisibles fuera de su control (por ejemplo, desastres naturales, incendio, inundación, órdenes oficiales, pandemias, guerra, huelga u otros eventos imprevisibles), cesará la obligación de la asociación de proporcionar el alojamiento.

Los Queen Dollars ya cargados se acreditarán completamente de nuevo al miembro. Quedan excluidas, en la medida en que la ley lo permita, otras reclamaciones, en particular por daños y perjuicios o reembolso de costes de viaje, alojamiento u otros costes consecutivos.

Los eventos de fuerza mayor por parte del miembro no liberan en principio de las condiciones de cancelación acordadas.

7. Desviaciones en Casos Individuales

La asociación puede, en casos individuales justificados, desviarse total o parcialmente de las condiciones de cancelación anteriores. No existe ningún derecho legal a ello.

Al enviar la reserva confirmas que has leído y aceptas estas condiciones.
